Dyno results for Harley
These are some examples of the results from tuning Harley Davidson bikes on our dyno. All graphs are corrected to SAE standardSTOCK 96" VS 2010 DYNA BORED 103" WITH UPGRADES 114.83 HP Blue graph shows an all stock 96" and red graph shows a 96" bored to 103" with Tman heads, 662-2 cams and V&H Pro pipe with welded in rifle sight. STOCK 2013 FATBOB 103 vs 2010 FATBOB 124 MAKES 132 HP This 2010 Dyna Fatbob 124 cubic inch was built and tuned by The Starting Line. The red graph represents the 124 which has a S&S stroker crank/ Tman timkin conversion. The heads are stage 4 Tman, Exhaust is Vance & Hines 2-1. Throttle body is SE-58mm with yellow band injectors. Custom mapping was performed with a Dynojet Power Vision. | ![]() |
2010 FATBOY 96 INCH vs TSL 107 INCH KIT 99HP 115TQ Red graph is The Starting Line's 107 kit, uses CP flat top pistons and Starting Line blueprinted heads. All machine work performed in house with this kit. Cams are Wood TW-555. Exhaust is Python 2-2 with SE intake elbow. Blue graph is same bike as recieved with Python exhaust and SE intake. | ![]() |
2002 SOFTAIL 88 INCH vs 98 INCH OVERBORE WITH UPGRADES 112HP 107TQ Green graph is with V&H side shorts, air cleaner elbow, TC88 ignition, Andrews 31 cams with stock 88 inch bore and heads. Red graph is 98 inch Wiseco pistons, Tman heads, 660 cams, 45mm Mikuni carb, same air cleaner and ignition as before. Assembled and tuned by The Starting Line. | ![]() |
2012 FLTR 110 CVO WITH CAMS SWAP AND RETUNE The blue graph is a 2012 CVO 110 as we received with SE-254E cams, V&H Monster mufflers with Full Sac header, SE intake and mapped with a Harley Race Tuner. 2000 ROADGLIDE 95" WITH SE-203 AND MAGNETIC MERELLI vs 98" WITH TW-555 CAMS The green graph is bike as received with stage 2 Screaming Eagle 95", 203 cams and high flow mufflers. The red graph is The Starting Line bored cylinders to 98" with CP+3 pistons. Cylinder heads by The Starting Line, ported and machined for 1.900 intake and 1.610 exhaust valves. Cams are Wood TW-555. Exhaust is Supertrapp 2-1 with 23 disc/open end cap. The Magnetic Merelli ECU was tuned by The Starting Line with a Power Commander 3 using a Dynojet Wideband Commander system. | ![]() |
2006 FLHT 88" vs 95" WITH ANDREWS 26 CAM AND SUPERTRAPP 2-1 The blue graph is bike as received stock with Thunder slip-ons. The red graph is The Starting Line machined cylinders with SE flat top 95 inch pistons, Starting Line blueprinted heads, Andrews 26 cams.
